This is my first time using a latex shredded pillow. Previously, I was using a gel memory foam pillow. I have been pleasantly surprised with the supportive, yet soft feel. I also love that it’s adjustable by taking out some of the shredding if needed!

I am someone that has struggled for 5+ years to find a pillow that worked for me. I sleep on my side and most pillows give me neck pain when I do so. I did not like the soft sinking feel of memory foam and could not find a pillow with the right amount of firmness. I ordered the Kapok Latex pillow and am very happy with the results. It is adjustable so I can get the right amount of loft on my side and the stuffing is firm without being too bouncy. The shape is a plus since it leaves room for your shoulders when on your side. I am also comfortable sleeping on my back with this pillow. I would recommend this pillow to anyone seeking a comfortable, firm, option that has the right amount of loft. I visited the showroom in Tempe to get a feel and appreciated the service that I received from the staff there. They talked with me about what I was looking for and let me try out the pillow I eventually bought. Thank you for your help!

The bed arrived on time, and set up was easy. It was a bit too firm, but after moving the layers around with a less turn one on top and some time sleeping in it, it's feeling better. The only drawback is the smell. We left the mattress open a couple times so the smell from the mattress is better but the pillows are still almost unusable. The smell is so strong still almost a month later. I appreciated the prompt customer service throughout the process and trust that we can continue to receive good support as we keep this mattress over time and can accommodate any adjustments with mattress layers,a much cheaper and eco-friendly option to throwing it out and buying a new mattress.

I was pleased to see how large each sample cube was, plus they also included large pieces of their mattress cover and pillow cover in the box. It gives a better idea to gauge what you might want vs some places samples that are only an inch or two thick and not accurately representative of the layer you'd get full-size.

I struggled to find a mattress soft enough that didn't compress in weird ways. This is perfect. It allows my wide hips to sink enough that my spine stays straight and I have no pressure point on my hip or shoulders. On the occasion that I roll into another position, I don't have any issues. I have soft-soft-med-firm, which the salespeople swear is bad for people over 100 lbs but they are absolutely wrong. If you're curvy and have pain, it's perfect. I'm so relieved after several other mattresses were too hard to find a good one. The fact that it was half the cost of the one it replaced was a bonus.

This is the best mattress you were going to find that’s going to last a very long time and has been super comfortable. I did a layer exchange and they were so easy to deal with that. It required zero effort on my part. I weigh 270 and I did xfirm xfirm firm medium, my partner weighs 130 and hers is xfirm firm medium soft and we love it!

Saleswoman was very helpful and showed concern regarding our dissatisfaction with the measurement of king size pillow. Ultimately we decided to keep the pillows and are happy with sleep comfort, but not the aesthetic look on the bed

We’ve only had the mattress for a couple of days but it’s been a welcomed upgrade from our older foam mattress. It is more comfortable than expected, and my wife’s night sweats have stopped! We’ll see how it breaks in and how well it holds up. Still, I feel we made an excellent choice. PS - SleepEZ customer support and the CS process is excellent.

I bought two different sizes as I like to sleep on my back and my side. The taller pillow is excellent from r sleeping on my side and shorter one works well for side sleeping.

Would purchase from again.
