My husband likes the pillow just as it is, but it's a bit too high for me. I just removed some of the filling and now it's perfect!

We replaced a 3” soft layer (talalay) with a 3” firm layer (Dunlop). We now have 2 firms and a medium on each side of our queen size bed. Super comfortable, great decision. Much more reasonably priced than getting an entire new mattress. The contour pilllows are fine, but no better or worse than the ones we had years ago from a different source.

I bought the 3 inch medium dunlop matress topper after receiving the wonderful sample blocks that helped me decide what would be best for me. I have tried several brands and was never happy- either to hard or way to soft. this one was just right with no off gassing. i may have to cut it down a bit to fit my particular twin matress, which is easy with an electric knife, but it was still very much worth it.

There was a mix up in our order and correcting it with customer service was so easy and quick. They were excellent about fixing it. We've purchased through sleep ez several times at this point and have always been very pleased with the quality of the products they send us. As to the contour pillow itself, I got it to help with my neck pain and tension during my migraines and for that purpose, it is very good. It is a bit firm for my everyday sleep. They sent me what I think might be the soft talalay pillows in queen. We may have to order more in king because they are soooo comfortable. Honestly, if they had the talalay latex with the contour shape, it would be my holy grail pillow

I'm loving my 3", soft SleepEZ mattress topper! (I also bought the organic cotton cover, which was conveniently on the topper when it arrived. ) It arrived within a week of ordering it. It was well-packaged, easy to unpack, and there was no offensive odor to air out after I unboxed and unrolled it. I was able to put it in place on my bed within an hour after letting it flatten out and happily slept on it the night of delivery. Comfortable. However, I should have bought the 2". The 3" put the bed kind of high for me.

It wouldn't have occurred to me to buy a shredded latex pillow, but I thought, "why not - I'll give it a try" when my excellent Natural mattress came with 2 of these. It turns out the latex foam pillow is the pillow I have always wanted but could never find, after trying multiple old-school luxury pillows and probably a half-dozen different memory foam pillows. The latex pillow sleeps nice and cool (no more needing to flip the pillow in the middle of the night to reduce the heat), it stays supportive and does not compress to a point where it no longer supports my extra large head, and I can form the pillow to be whatever thickness I want. So yeah, it's great, and I immediately retired my old memory foam pillow, so memory foam is now completely out of my life!

No aches so far, got a 97/100 sleep score one time so far, which is very good. Seems like I picked the right combination of layers. Great that you can disassemble the mattress and wash the case if needed.

SleepEZ has always treated us very well. While living in AZ, we were fortunate to be able to visit the showroom and test the mattresses before buying. It helped solidify that we liked the latex experience in comparison with other mattresses. They were very patient. We ordered our second mattress to be delivered ahead of our move to another state and were very pleased with the condition upon arrival, packaging, timeliness, ease of unpacking and just everything about the experience.

Needed a replacement cover for one of my TwinXL mattresses (split king). After 5 years and some extra tugging on the mattress that was excessive, some of the stitching had come undone. The replacement is wonderful and I expect many years of life out of it.

We are both able to sleep without pain. This is the first mattress we have found that we both like.

We finally found a mattress we can both sleep on. My husband’s shoulder doesn’t bother him while sleeping now. He thought he would always have shoulder pain from an old injury but he has been able to sleep and not hurt. The mattress does sleep warm but it is tolerable to us.

it's fluffy and supportive at the same time. It's thick, but in the perfect way, not in the - this is too big and going to give me a neck ache kind of way. It doesn't feel clumpy. I really like this pillow!

No problems

Still trying to off gas it a bit but it's super comfortable and easily adjustable. It's dense in a wayz but light and supportive at the same time. Would recommend!
