Follow up is really slow on such an expensive toy

I've tested my skytrak against Trackman - just 1% difference even though my Skytrak is over 10 years old. Would recommend to anyone interested...

My unit shipped from a third party. Skytrack support is responsive once you get past the BOTs. A little less jargon from support would be good for those that are technologically challenged like myself.

Customer service is great.

Skytrak monitor is nice. Having issues with the split cable however. Staff is awesome and has been great at helping me with the split cable issue. Studio is nice. Mat is nice. E6 has been good. Couple of dropped shots here and there but otherwise it’s fine. TGC 2019 is a waste of money. Tons of dropped shots, inaccurate, putting is awful, graphics are subpar and and it’s not refundable. Stay away! Overall I would recommend people give Skytrak a try!

Very easy to set up.

My experience with SkyTrak has been great. I had a minor issue with licensing, but it was quickly resolved.

Lots of fun and a great training tool. Reads shots short and right, but still nice swinging a club during winter months.

Overall experience thus far with Skytrak+ and customer service has been excellent.

This company is top notch. The way they take care of the customer, especially after what many would be considered a large purchase, is just awesome

The rep Corey was 1st class. I really appreciate what he did to help me set up Skytrak with TGC 2019. He knew what I was trying to get done and went way above and beyond on customer service.

Sky track is acceptable but the Play portion by E-6 is nothing but problems.
