Best purchase ever! It brought my by and I closer than ever! We have the best time playing the courses in the comfort of our own home. We even have other couples over for a double date night! My golf game has improved like crazy as well!!

The support was excellent. I would advise purchasing directly through SkyTrak as third party sales, which I purchased through PGA Tour Superstore was not handled very well as the purchase order numbers are not the same when trying to track down the order. SkyTrak needs to store the third party purchases in their customer support databases as a cross reference.

I have had this unit for about 3 weeks now. Getting it set up and ready to play took almost a week, one full day of putting together the 13x13x10 screen / frame and set up on the computer. Then it took about another 5 days of trouble shooting with Skytrak and E6 to actually get it set up and connected with no errors, charging issue or freezing. Although Skytrak and E6 are helpful the go between both companies is difficult. I'm happy though, that Skytrak had their update and now offers courses and you don't need to use E6. Skytrak also had to send me replacement cords since the two that I had that came with the unit were faulty. Over all as long as you follow the specific sequence when turning on and at plug in, the Skytrak unit its fun to use. Also make sure you have the proper computer set up, I had to go out and get a gaming computer to make the system run flawless.
