It was super easy to buy through Skullcandy. I love that they sent an alert that they were having up to 50% off- which is what my 720’s were on sale for. Communication about the delivery was great, so I knew EXACTLY when the package would arrive. No “porch pirates” please! I ordered these directly online, and the shipping was incredibly fast! They arrived in perfect condition and were well-packaged. I didn't need to contact customer service because everything went exactly as planned, making the whole buying process super easy.

I had a problem with method 360 anc and I couldn't pay the full refund with the coupon I received. I wanted to pay the remaining amount with my bank card, but it wasn't possible because the system kept having technical errors. That's why I was forced to buy another headset (SET)! This was an extra expense for me, which I really wanted. It can be verified based on my card payment. However, I was able to ask for help and write a letter, because there is no contact for such cases! I find this procedure unfair. Please let's talk about this. Thank you.

I rate it a 10/10. Beautiful product. Amazing bass and sound quality. You can really hear spacial audio in every layer and the ANC is very strong. I love the features I just wish the microphone was a little better but nonetheless love any product from Skullcandy. I probably have like 15 different products. Love yall! Thanks for all the amazing products
