Can’t answer this as it’s now 12 days after original delivery date. I understand that is not Skull Candy’s fault. But considering I didnt want these in the first place just adds to my frustration. Due to the system not allowing you to go to a next page to confirm if a coupon has been applied, or cost of shipping etc. The order was placed and Skull Candy doesn’t allow you to cancel the order. . it’s now April 11th, not only do I still Not have the product, I’m out the money that I wouldn't have spent in the first place. Maybe I’ll have them next week, so I can return them.

I ordered the red ounce and it got sent back to you as they said there was no unit (which was included when ordered), I went through the steps on rectifying the issue and the first thing I was offered was a refund which is not great practice, when I asked them to resend it to the correct unit, they said it wasn't available anymore in that color which was not cool as it was a gift for my daughter and brown is not her favorite color. I asked for some kind of upgrade or way of resolving and it was not even addressed in the reply, not even a no, simply ignored. I ended up getting brown and the speaker is fine but the service was unacceptable.

At the beginning it was very good. After Like 2 months it began to make the max volume sound and with every move you make it makes that sound over and over again. Especially when you move the left side of the headphones. It is really desturbing because I use it in the gym and after a time I think in won’t be able to use them because of that. I would like a refund or for them to be repaired as soon as possible!! Just so you know they are only half a year old!

Great sound quality, cancels noise well. No issues, just have to get used to placing in charger the right way, a little strangely oriented. Great product overall
