Terrible experience to date. Last week I purchased two sets of children’s headphones online. I received one in the post. The AI chat Helpdesk was a nightmare, i filled in all my detail three times, customer number etc etc. . they ended up saying further assistance would be required and took my email address. I am still awaiting response. Separate to this I emailed customer care twice and have yet to hear back. Tomorrow I try again. I bought these headphones for the kids to bring on holiday we go on tomorrow. Hugely frustrating overall.

Very good headset overall I’m enjoying a lot especially for listening to music do but I have one little thing I get where the mic quality will go statically whenever I’m in a certain position or I lay down it will go statically.

I use AirPods Pro 3, and during my commute, the noise from my tool was bothersome. It has a cooling fan, and the airflow from it created a noise that cut through the noise canceling system. I decided to try the 360 ​​Method earbuds and immediately tested them in the same area where the noise was occurring. They also have artifacts from the airflow, but the 360 ​​Method handles this noise more acceptably than the Apple earbuds—it sounds less intrusive and harsh. I was also pleasantly surprised by their ease of use: when I turn off music, I can clearly hear the person I'm talking to—this is almost impossible with the AirPods Pro at work, as the noise canceling system literally "eats" the voice of the person next to me. I also liked the sound of the 360 ​​Method earbuds better—the sound is more spacious and rich than the Apple earbuds. Overall, I give them 5 stars for their handling of tool noise, ease of conversation, and sound quality.
