Left earbud is cooked, like literally not even it knows what it's doing, first flashing amber, then turning off after removed from case, not pairing, not reseting. Man I thought I was buying a product from a company that makes only audio systems. How can you lose at your own game and make a product so faulty that 4 days of light use in it breaks. and not even from physiscal impact just fries itself. I tried to return it but I couldn't in time. im so disappointed in this brand dont buy this rubbish, at least not the earbuds.

These headphones are amazing. I’ve yet to run into an issue with them and they hold up great at the gym.

Usually great return policy and overall decently made products. I enjoy most products' colorways, but I'm concerned about the quality of the most recently released products.

The colour options are very good and you get used to the controls very quickly. The only downsides I’d have for them is that that gap at the top of them will hurt the top of your head after only a couple of minutes and I don’t see what use it has to be there Other than that very pleasant would recommend

The ANC 2s are a great pair of headphones with their bass and noise cancelling being their main selling point makes listening to music watch a movie or video feel immersive they did feel rather small when I first got them but it didn’t make a difference when I actually started using them.

Quick shipping for the fact that i ordered them before a weekend. Only thing was the order wasnt updated as they were being delivered. On my end it said they were still being processed when they suddenly turned up at my door 🤣

Website advertises easy returns. That was not my experience. The earbuds arrived faulty. I was first told I would have to pay for the return myself and was sent a barcode. Only after I pointed out my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 did they agreed to cover the cost, and the prepaid label then took three days to arrive. The label routes the return to the Netherlands via UPS. To arrange a collection you need a printer. Without one, the only option is to travel to a UPS access point, which in my case is miles away. Neither is an easy return. A customer who did not know their rights would have paid to return a faulty product. That needs changing, along with the wording on the page. I am now waiting for a full refund. Let's see how that goes.

I'll be very frank here . I have never heard music like this maybe its because of the bose element because I've never bought bose before but I had to sit down and contemplate my existence because of how Good these are . That maybe just me but honestly I thought what is this sorcery and how can music sound this good . This made me fall in love with music all over again no exaggeration you can laugh at me at dont care I have never had something this good and I'm sure there's better out there but this did something to my brain chemistry. Truly the definition of skull candy.
