The sound is, well it's correct. Not beeing a lot into bass sounds I do not feel like the bass boost control is a game changer. I do appreciate manual controls, however, a lot. The quality of the headphones is reliable, they seem solid and I enjoy lack of squeeking and other redundant sounds. There is this hissng when the sound is off. And the quality of pads is just hillariously not fitting the rest, Altoghether a 4+, in its price range (I paid ca 100euro). Would not pay more

Not good, lousy customer service. First it was impossible to cancel the delayed order Next it was impossible to return the order on time, since the delivery was over 2 weeks late Finally we managed to send the package back to the provided adress. The confirmation of being delivered in possesion. Well, not according to the chatbot of SkullCandy. We tried multiple times. I'm still charged for a product, that they received back. And it's impossible to get a decent contact the explain the situation. Only a chatbot that keeps on promising someone will contact me. . . . .

Headphones are amazing but costumer support was amazingly bad. Never needed to try to reach someone for two weeks and get 0 reply. My package was lost and I personally needed to track my order myself.
