A minor hiccup with the order, but delivery was on time and fish were still frozen solid overall it was a good experience

They always put a heart around Kansas! I always know exactly when my order is coming and no surprises with my lobster, except with the occasional Chowda! Love this company!

Great transaction. Love the 2 packs of soft shell crab.

Not sure yet how to accurately rate. First order arrived thawed and unusable. TO be fair, I did change the delivery address so perhaps this played a role. But there should have been more dry ice in the box as this address change only delayed delivery by one day. Other companies have enough dry ice for a two day delay. Customer service (Robbie) has been wonderful however and he shipped a replacement order. Once I get that, I can update this review

Great even to northern Vermont!

The salmon is absolutely delucious Came on time and packed well in dry ice Will refinetly be ordering from you again Very pleased

I enjoyed the salmon. The shrimp Were small but still good

Well packaged

I have not yet tried the walleye, but I will keep you informed

Brought salmon, cod and halibut. Was packed very well and arrived still frozen in our over 100 degree weather. All were very tasty.

great fish dish

Regular subscription/deliveries for awesome choices of salmon and other fish makes my day when the box arrives. We even bought a new freezer to keep our fish in stock! Love the portioning size and truely fresh selections. Six stars really!

The value was not there for $147. I thought I got ripped off.

Consistently high-quality, fresh, tasty seafood packaged pretty well, delivered promptly, with good delivery communication. I get many compliments from my family and friends about my cooking of your seafood. Great selection, website is easy to navigate, and loyalty points plus discount offers keep me coming back. I just wish you didn't regularly sell out of items I like.

We received the fish perfectly frozen and ready to transfer to our freezer

Awesome softshell crabs. All are of excellent quality. Thanx

Fish was delivered in well-packaged container and in excellent condition. Thanks so much.
