I was actually disappointed in the quality of the tails. I ordered 8 and 4 were of good quality, firm, white to opaque color. However, 4 were more pinkish in color and the flesh was a soft and not solid. They tore easily when pulling the meat from the shell. In fact, I took pictures and was a bit concerned if they perhaps had gone bad and if so, wanted proof. Also, the vacuum seal on the bags was not good and was loose upon delivery.

The Xmas message didn’t arrive with the gift so they had no idea who it was from. They said it was delicious though so maybe just avoid for gift giving?
