Sizzlefish stands by their promises. I received my order from Sizzlefish and it was thawed. I contacted them letting them know what happened. They replaced my order. By the way my order was over $500.

The fish we ordered arrived on time and completely frozen even in extreme summer heat conditions. I would give the Customer Service a 5+ rating and will definitely be reordering from them as needed.

Every time I get something, it’s always packed and if it sets outside until you get home from work, don’t worry. It stays cold at least 8 hours. I’m sure it would last a lot longer. Always fresh and I never had any problems
