Prompt delivery , well packed

I booked delivery on Friday 19 Dec. No email or communication received on delivery. I rang at 9am to confirm delivery. Yes between 2and 5 pm! I waited in all afternoon. Rang again at 16. 23. Yes on it way. I am Due out at 6 this evening. At 5. 30 I get a message that expected delivery is now 18. 02 to 20. 02. Incredibly bad service. DO NOT USE THEM.
