Simply Stoves were great - they offered competitive prices and, although the expected delivery date was quite vague on the webpage, it was very easy to phone up and speak to an advisor, who was able to narrow down a probable delivery time, which turned out to be within a week of ordering. Very efficient, thank you!

Jamie surveyed my fireplace ,chimney and looked at my loft regarding my enquiry about suitability of fitting a multi fuel stove. He was able to give me very detailed information as to how the work would be carried out and what was entailed. It was because of his obvious knowledge and expertise that I decided to go ahead. I had had another quote from a different company which was sadly lacking . Installation I would like to say thank you for consistently working to produce high quality results. You didn’t stop until the work was completed on the second day until 18. 00! The innovation you showed to solve problems was incredible. Your attention to detail ensured the work went without a hitch. You showed a high level of precision and went above and beyond to work on my chimney pot . Furthermore not only did you make sure that the materials you used were compatible with the age of my house but matched exactly with what was already there. You communicated with swiftness and clarity and preempted my queries and the questions I had. You explained patiently and politely and in detail the aftercare of the stove. You took great care to protect everything before work began and ensured that my house was left scrupulously clean and tidy. The dedication you show to your work is inspiring. Very few people can bring such high energy to work every day as you did. It is a testament to your positive and high level of professionalism. I highly recommend you and your team and of course Simply Stoves who responded promptly to my emails.

Excellent service from Chris at simply stoves during the purchase of my saltfire peanut 8. Chris pre ordered for me over Xmas / New Year period when he should have been closed and chased manufacturer to get me on the fastest delivery and direct to my home to meet a fitting appointment. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. Communication was very good, starting with a phone call to explain all I needed to know about the delivery and emails were answered promptly. I am thrilled with my new fire that has now become the focal point of my lounge and the mood lighting sets my media wall off perfectly. My builder is so impressed that he is going to change his own media wall to incorporate the same fire. My son is also looking buy one. I would certainly buy again from this company and recommend others to do so.
