I spend a lot of time investigating what I purchase and where I purchase it from. Both are equal in importance, you can have a great product but buy it from a poor retailer who has zero customer service when anything goes wrong. Simply Stoves are, simply amazing. Online assistant answered all my questions and the lead time explained. Delivery was a breeze, even suggesting how I would lift over threshold without damaging anything. I would recommend Simply Stoves to all, and if you want to, why not visit them! Yes the have a store!!!

the product arrived safely and on time, all on a sturdy crate and strapped down. installing this gas fire was easy as there was good installation instructions and the product was very sturdy, good proper materials. making it feel and look amazing. The customer was very happy when I handed this fire over and went through how it worked. highly recommend this gas fire for the balanced flue option.

Simply Stoves were great - they offered competitive prices and, although the expected delivery date was quite vague on the webpage, it was very easy to phone up and speak to an advisor, who was able to narrow down a probable delivery time, which turned out to be within a week of ordering.
