The staff were so nice and considerate. I needed to conduct some research on the relationship between dominant frequency and soundbox area of violins, and I scheduled a 1. 5 h session, but I ended up staying for more than 3 hours. They were so considerate and patient with me, even helping me with my measurements and ensuring a relatively quiet environment. Overall, the staff were so nice, and the service was impressive.

When I bought a set of Pirazzi strings through the store in Red Hill, the staff were very nice, and took me in the right direction. They also helped to put them on for free!

Th prices are comparable… often cheaper than other places and the shipping cost and time to WA is extremely timely and as good as, or better, than from WA businesses.
