The team organised for me to have a really short notice sound post placement. The luthier did a great job - all sounding good - much appreciated as was an emergency situation. Arranged to have replacement post as and when schedule permits. Thankyou All!

Their solution-based mindset helped me to feel less anxious, guiding me to find a comparable bow that was in stock. They also shipped it to me faster than the original shipping arrangements. . . Fantastic service; knowledgeable staff

I was relocated overseas for 3 years just after purchasing a Cello I had waited 30 years to buy. I returned to find that it had been left in a hot, mouldy studio by the friend who was caring for it. With only a few days to go before departing once again, I was seeking a Luthier to check her for damage, hoping that I was still going to get to learn to play on this lovely cello. I am so glad I came to Simply for Strings. Not only are the building and location really something to behold, but the staff went above and beyond to help me at a very busy time and on short notice. They handled my beginner's cello as though she was the prize possession of a concert cellist. They took time to share a great deal of helpful information and to honour my concerns. The gentleman who served me (sadly I don't remember his name) also played the cello once all had been checked. It was beautiful! I wished I could have stayed a little longer, but time was pressing. I highly recommend the story and the service.

Ordering a Gliga 3 online was daunting. Simply Strings, made the process simple and less stressful. The instrument arrived days early and was tuned very well. My son started to play almost right away. Anna sent the most beautiful instrument. We cannot thank you enough. We will be back for all his music needs. I cannot fault Simply Strings.
