All the staff are lovely, but I have had the most experience with Josh as I play upper strings- he is very helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. Each time I visit, I have been met with great customer service and he always has many helpful suggestions for my queries. Today I visited with a few shoulder rest issues and a string issue and left in a short time frame with everything solved, at a very reasonable price. He even straightened my viola’s bridge while we were chatting about the other issues!
