I ordered some Philips hue globes. I was about to install them, I realised I’d ordered the wrong type. I contacted simply LEDs and told them about my mistake. I asked to swap them for the correct type they said “No problem”. I sent the globes back and they sent me the correct one. Professional and courteous, Thank you very much.

Simply LEDs have called me personally, made sure that my order was correct and if I minded if they couriered it directly to me that night! I needed some additional items, and so the staff immediately organised what I needed and sent it all in the one delivery to my front door! You would be hard pressed to get better service than that. Also during the phone call, I was also advised that my purchases would be discounted from normal retail price! Highly recommend this company for all your smart lighting needs.
