We recently bought a whole heap of philips hue lights, switches etc from Rob. I don't often write reviews but I was so impressed with the level of effort, advice, pricing, support and all round excellent customer service. Initial purchase very fast and easy. Needed to exchange Philips Hue 40m string lights for the 20m version. Simply LED responded immediately and provided clear instructions for the return and put the 20m lights on hold for me immediately pending my return. I receive a store credit for the remaining amount which is wonderful a I know I will continue to use Simply LED's for many years to come. My previous orders with them have been equally impressive. Highly recommend.

I ordered some Philips hue globes. I was about to install them, I realised I’d ordered the wrong type. I contacted simply LEDs and told them about my mistake. I asked to swap them for the correct type they said “No problem”. I sent the globes back and they sent me the correct one. Professional and courteous, Thank you very much.

Ordered LED’s and a Hue Bridge that I needed, they arrived almost next day if I recall correctly, packed well and certainly on time!! I think this is second or third time purchase, I’ll certainly be back!

Simply LEDs is one of the few companies that actually cares about customer service and serving their customers to a level that is very rare these days. Simply LEDs have called me personally, made sure that my order was correct and if I minded if they couriered it directly to me that night! I needed some additional items, and so the staff immediately organised what I needed and sent it all in the one delivery to my front door! You would be hard pressed to get better service than that. Also during the phone call, I was also advised that my purchases would be discounted from normal retail price! Highly recommend this company for all your smart lighting needs. Best service and price you will find anywhere and super quick delivery. If 10 stars were available, Simply LEDs deserve everyone! 🤩
