Technician was great! Only thing is your front receptionist, she is really unfriendly, which to me it is very important that customers feel welcome. Other than that everything was good!

It was a Little odd that I purchased something and then it didn’t take me directly to scheduling an appointment… don’t like the phone call aspect. The forms to fill out were too redundant… why do I have to put my birth date 12 times…

I recently had my first treatment on 3/11/24 and today is 3/26/24. I was not expecting the results that I’ve had. I will tell you that my treatment areas were very stubnorn and the hair would literally grow back coarse the day after shaving so I thought I wouldnt see any real results until after a few treatments. I almost have no hair growth on my lip or chin and what has grown back is very light and not coarse. I also received the spacells facial exfoliator and I believe this has really helped with the results. I am beyond impressed an would definitely recommend coming here for laser hair removal treatments.

I really have no complaints about the treatment or ease of use. Everyone was really nice and explained things well. I really love Simplicity and the results from laser treatment. I just think the way they have their pricing on the website is a bit miss leading. The amazing prices and deals are only for first time laser clients. Which sucks because I didn't use them from the beginning. (I jumped right in to paying for a membership before it got too expensive to do so) I don't even get one package at great prices. It was a big disappointment.

Amazing service from the staff at the Tucson location! I was nervous going into my first laser hair removal experience, but both the receptionist and my technician were very professional and went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.

Dallas was very professional and did a great job. Room was too cold and table was very uncomfortable.

Service was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Tech helped me feel comfortable, which is hard since I struggle with anxiety.

Esthetician communicated well and did her best to address my concerns from a previous treatment. Appreciated her taking the time to describe observations from her perspective. This treatment felt and offered more observable evidence of effective treatment received than with the first encounter (to different treatment areas).
