I called Simplicity Laser this morning to get more information about their laser hair removal services, and Kylie, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful. She walked me through all the details with clarity and patience, making sure I understood my options. I had purchased a full body hair removal package that includes 8 sessions, and Kylie explained that clinical removal typically requires more sessions. She also let me know that the clinical package was currently on sale, which was a great heads-up. What stood out most was how easy and stress-free she made the entire process.
