Fast shipping, good selection of products.

I used the Endura LITE 48000 to create lettering for a local Fire Department truck. I Printed the lettering in black on the gold vinyl with an outline then removed the lettering leaving the outlines and contour cut the letters. Turned out great. the only reason for 4 stars was the weeding was difficult. I adjusted the plotter and sample cut many times getting the depth right, but still had issues in random areas, the vinyl was very brittle and tore easily

I have been a customer of Signwarehouse for I think over 3 years now, there was small issues but they always addressed them for me, the girls who would answer the emails were super nice. I ordered in September and did not realize I was charged shipping on my order - I realized it when I went to order again after that - thinking this must be a mistake because I have not been charged shipping ever in over 3 years I contacted support. . . And their response is the reason I won't use them anymore. . . . . So I asked why I was charged shipping - the man said it's our policy, anything over this weight yadda yadaa - okay fine, but I asked when it changed and they couldn't answer my question he just kept saying it is our policy I said okay but 2 weeks ago I wasn't charged shipping, and every time before that. He said he would check on the answer and when he emailed me back he said no one has an answer on when the policy changed just that it's always been that way (which it has not for 3 years) but anyway. . . . due to the shipping charge they are now on the more expensive side for vinyl, they also ship their vinyl inthe Oracale box and they don't second box it so the vinyll is always messed up when it arrives I switched back to US Cutter because they are cheaper and they ship in a second box. But I really liked Sign Warehouse, their rewards system can get confusing, but I think they fixed the kinks in the system - But now that they are one of the more expensive sites and because of the condition the vinyl comes in and of course because I think its weird no one can tell me when they changed the policy I left as a customer finally.
