Not impressed with their customer service at all or the knowledge of the equipment they are selling. I ordered a $7K printer from them and they didnt tell me it wasn't in stock before I bought it. During the purchasing process it was never mentioned once that I would forced to wire transfer money to them because they do not accept credit cards even though I ordered from them before using a credit card. They claimed my "previous purchasing history" wasn't sufficient enough for me to pay for the printer on a credit card (ie like most businesses around the world purchase items for their business on a credit card). The wire fee was $75 at my bank and they cared less telling me they will waive the $25 wire fee on their end. . . The overall experience with the sales agent was ultra subpar - Rhonda was not able to tell me if the software the printer comes on was compatible with MAC or not so while she spent 5 minutes trying to figure it out, I googled it and verified on my own that it was compatible even though Rhonda said it was not. Once my order was shipped (so I thought), I received several emails with tracking numbers an no information on what was being shipped out so I just had to assume that the printer was getting shipped out. Since another email they sent said I had to be there to accept the delivery, I made sure I was home and of course, the printer was not in the delivery and there was no information on the where abouts of the printer. So I called and emailed and their solution was for ME to call Roland to see if I can get more information. . . Keeping in mind Sign Warehouse sold me the product and is now asking ME to contact Roland to get more information on my order. I tried to call back in and speak with a manager and you have to schedule an appointment to speak with a manager. . . There is zero respect or any accountability at this company as every person you try to speak with refuses to connect you to a manager or allow you get resolution to your issues. I ...
