Great customer service trying to fix poor shipping practices for my first purchase. Sadly due to lack of any kind of protective packaging for an expensive machine, this was also my last purchase. Shipping stickers on an original box is very poor form considering they sell boxes.

Not good, delivery took over 7 days despite items being in stock in Perth. Delivery driver didn’t bother delivering just left a card for me to pick up 20 minutes away.
