Easy ordering system, quick delivery

I placed an order for gel freezer blocks, foil packing wrap and eskies. The foil and gel packs delivered the next day. 2 weeks passed and still no eskies. An email was sent saying they were unable to deliver the eskies and to call. I did, on four separate days chasing, after another week passed and wanted a refund for the eskies and to cancel the order. 3 Business days later no refund, no communication. Disappointed.

Labels were not delivered with the original order for some unknown reason. Your customer team were contacted and they turned up eventually. The labels are fine, delivery driver…. Not so much…. . Not to mention a drum of 20L black line marking paint burst open on my driveway…. Kind of hard to believe as the lids are secured super tight. Once again, the driver managed to burst it open some how…. So 0/2 on the delivery side of things

Good service. Thank you. It would be even better if the boxes were delivered to my home (rural property) rather than left at Butcher Shop in town. :-) Australia Post do deliver to our home, but I understand that this might be more expensive?
