I placed an order for gel freezer blocks, foil packing wrap and eskies. The foil and gel packs delivered the next day. 2 weeks passed and still no eskies. An email was sent saying they were unable to deliver the eskies and to call. I did, on four separate days chasing, after another week passed and wanted a refund for the eskies and to cancel the order. 3 Business days later no refund, no communication. Disappointed.
