Paying for something that does not work

I ordered the CEL-FI GO X kit from Signal Boosters. Super fast shipping and process. I opted for the two low profile type indoor antennas for my kit. The kit had everything needed for getting you up and going. Installation is pretty straightforward. I chose to only use one indoor antenna during install and let me say it is plenty. This booster took just one tiny bar of service to four bars everywhere throughout my house. My house is wrapped in metal on the roof and exterior so I basically live in a faraday cage. Getting signal inside my house was awful until I installed this booster. Definitely worth the money. No more dropped/missed calls or texts. Only thing negative I have to say is the lightning arrestor supplied with the kit is male/male threaded. The way this kit installs, you would need a female/male type instead.

I was skeptical. Read all the reviews. Called Signal Boosters to discuss my situation. Emilio was extremely patient and answered all my questions. I have a rural home with very weak cell signals. For years we joked about the need to climb the telephone pole like they did on Green Acres. In our case it was a walk out to the chicken house to make a call. Purchased a Cel-Fi Go X from SB. Arrived i 4 days. Installation is easy. I now have 5 bars in my house and can use my phone as an internet hotspot. We are dumping HughesNet at $100 per month so the booster will pay for itself. I highly recommend a booster. The brand, type of external antenna, how many and what type of interior broadcast pads you choose are trade-offs between cost and benefit. Talk to SB. I purchased the 10 mile YAGI antenna and could not be more pleased. We finally have cell service and much faster internet. Good luck.

My employee only received 4 out of the 6 ordered cables. There was no packing slips or documentation stating a backorder. It has been around 2 months now and the missing cables have not arrived.
