why have you not answered my EMAIL

Great team to work with!

I have a mailing address and a billing address it is spelled out. The Postoffice are a bunch of people that care less and are the normal d___As__ I asked for the wiring to be sent to the normal address just like a previous shipment but no you sent by USPS and not UPS or FEDX so the Postoffice sent it back. Resend the wiring that I requested and use UPS or FEDX. Not a happy customer. DW

Had to leave a voice mail message for customer service since no one was available to answer the phone during business hours. Days later I received a reply, not an answer to my question.

I get two bars most of the time, sometimes no bars, all lights are steady except the pcs light flickers off and on so I need the big arena instead of the yagi?

I give no stars. basically stole my money. have waited 14 days for delivery and still hasn't shipped. have called most every day for 2 weeks to be told person to speek with is not available will call you back. no return calls. Have asked for money back and still no refund. have to file theft and fraud complaint with federal trade commision to have bank re deposit funds back to my account. I don't think reviews mean anything anymore. went with this company completly on review recomendations be wary of this company if you decide to go with reviews. I think they write thier own to give good rating.

Big company. Shipping is fast. Customer service responds quickly. Local USA questions support. Definitely a place to find hard to find items like the latest 600 MHz to 6 GHz splitters -- nothing like that on Amazon or eBay, but here it is. What you pay is what you get adage might apply to this company, though when asked about a 10% discount code to be used on my order I was told that that code cannot be applied to my order and no explanation was given as to why that is so.. like machine--for that I could take off a an asteroid instead of a star. Overall though, it is not a truly bad company to order from. I placed three orders so far. Another thing worth mentioning is that if you place an order during an evening or night there is no way to go to your account and change the order or to cancel it -- only when the workers would wake up in the morning then you can do something about it.. frustrating part of of an otherwise good experience.
