I purchased a top of the line Nextivity G41-fn. The product itself was great. However, SignalBoosters. com made a mistake and advertised that it had carrier switching capabilities between AT&T and Verizon. When I tried to switch and was unable, I found out it does not have the advertised capabilites. I notified customer support (Caleb) and requested an exchange for the standard G-41 model that does have carrier switching capabilites via the app. Caleb fought me every step of the way while at the same time quietly removing the misleading information from the live website within 48 hours. He only finally agreed to an exchange or return due to the false advertising after threatening to report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General and BBB. Caleb then insisted that I must pay the return shipping. Find a company that has ethics to support, signalboosters. com aint it.

Everyone was great. We may be ordering another one for a different section of the warehouse.

Purchased your SureCall Fusion5s 2. 0 Signal Booster and was delighted when we finished installing it in my basement furnace room. My cell - standing 5’ from the inside antenna — was immediately showing 4 bars. Great! But then I go into my basement office, only 20’ from the inside antenna and I’m only getting 2 bars. Not what we expected. So we’ll probably end up re-installing the inside antenna closer to my office, if not actually inside my office. I’m fairly certain that we’ll get 4 bars then. Although I would expect it to be showing 4 bars now. Having to spend more time on the install is not favorable. But it’s early and I’ll reserve final judgment until after we move the inside antenna. No worries!

Recieved my booster. Unfortunately the adhesive that came with it was defective. Reached out via email heard nothing back. Called, no one answered.

The 24 foot aluminum telescoping is a perfect addition to my HAM radio world.

Product worked like a charm and I have great cell and data service where I barely had cell with no data beforehand. Installed on a 20' pipe to get over the top of the trees to see the cell tower over 20 miles away. Only negative is the cheap antenna mount pole that's not strong enough to hold up the long range antenna in any kind of wind. It flopped in the first week and became useless. You'd need to modify it to stay vertical, IE drill and screw it at your preferred orientation. The little dimples and cheap wing nuts just aren't enough if the wind blows. The booster itself and install process are 5 star. Great product.
