Blade snapped at the handle
Blade snapped at the handle while using my 3.5” paring knife (Classic) Sent in for warranty claim and after being charged $15 for USPS ground shipping to send me my new knife (actual shipping cost was about $5) I received my broken knife back and a letter stating the knife broke due to misuse and a code to get 25% off of a new purchase. Have 5 other SHUN knives and they will be sold on FB Marketplace where trash items go to die. Would NOT recommend to purchase to anyone and will find a better set like MAC. Curious how an hourly tech can determine misuse?
