Thrilled with the restoration service of my Shun knives! When I initially sent them in, I had serious doubts about whether they could be brought back to life, but I’m delighted to say they were returned in pristine condition, looking and performing exactly as they did when I first purchased them. The entire process took approximately three weeks from shipping to delivery, which I felt was reasonable. Thank you for giving my Shun knives a second life!

Shun did an amazing job
Shun did an amazing job repairing my Kramer utility knife. The blade had chipped and Shun repaired it under warranty. , The knife looks great and cuts great, and they did the repair quickly. They stand behind their products!
