Love the bag but wish it where just a bit bigger. not as big as the large but somewhere in the middle.

I received my pre-ordered medium Cruiser in sage - and the first day I used it had a lady stop me to ask where I got my bag! She even stopped to look up the website and we chatted about how amazing the bag is and how she needed to show her daughter! My sister saw the bag and also wants one! The medium bag is so roomy but feels lightweight and not bulky. It fits so much of the things I need when I'm out shopping or on a stroll. The inside of the bag is super pretty! Now I need another bag and a fun new strap to go with it!

The only problem was how long it took to get it delivered and no Communication on status of order.

I love the bag but waiting for the preorder was tough. It didn’t arrive in time for my first trip I wanted to use it on but I look forward to taking it moving forward.

Great little bag. Lightweight and the strap stays on my shoulders which are now happier now that I’m not carrying a heavy leather bag. This is my everyday bag as I don’t carry much.

I love the Marcel. I bought it in a beautiful orange, which is on the bolder side for me, but it is such a cheery color. As with all of my other shortyLove bags the quality is fantastic. I love that all of the metal connections come wrapped when the product is shipped. This bag might be smaller, but it is mighty. It holds everything I need to carry. I also appreciate the flexibility of the bag being either a sholder carry, arm carry or hand bag.

The color was on b/o but customer service was prompt when I had a question during that time. Once it shipped, I thought it arrived quick at least it was faster than I expected.

Bag was back ordered. I was charged for bag approx. 5 weeks before it came, did not like that my funds were spent without a product. Once received bag seems really good.
