Great bag and functional to use!

I love this bag because of the colors inside and out. I use it to carry my laptop and everything else I need. Plenty of pockets for organized people, but works for me who manages to throw everything in at the end of the day. Best thing is on none work days it’s just as fun and carries my water cup, iPad, phones, and sweater or wrap. Not to mention whatever anyone else gives me. 3 different ways to carry and hold add to the versatility.

Loving this bag on my 5'3" frame! Highly functional and holds everything but easier to carry. Should strap is very comfortable, no digging in. Wish it had a luggage sleeve.

Very nice Quality product

I have been searching for the perfect bag for a long time. I was looking for something similar in size to the Longchamp Pliage but with more pockets and a water bottle pocket. This bag is nearly perfect but I am finding that the shoulder straps are just a tad too short. It’s summer and the bag keeps sliding off my shoulder. In winter, I don’t know if my winter coat will allow me to put it over my shoulder. Trying to figure out if there is a way for a tailor to add to a couple of inches to the straps. The bag would be perfect if those straps were just a bit longer.

Love the flexibility of cross body strap. Hardware/zippers very high quality.

Good website for visualizing the size and capacity of your bags, but still, even though I'm usually good at visualizing, I felt the need to order both a small and medium, therefore wasting time and money in shipping, inventory, and accounting, What if there was the ability to seeing side-by-side comparison photos using the same model? You lose one star for "stickiness" after the sale. Others customers might appreciate the outpouring of love, but I'm a one and done customer for now. If the bag performs as I think it will, I'll be back and will know how to find you.

I have been looking for a backpack that works with professional attire. This is it! ! I love the look and feel of the fabric and the neutral pewter color. I was pleasantly surprised that my 17 inch Dell laptop fits, although it is tight and I can't use the Velcro closure. (The laptop is 9 ¾ inches by 14 ¼ inches. ) The backpack is a great size without looking bulky; my small cruiser fits in the bag along with my laptop and iPad. The bottle holders are nice and secure. A couple of small suggestions: I would love if the interior small zip pocket was on the front above the zip pouch and if the interior patch pockets were higher inside the bag. But overall I love it and think it's a great backpack that looks and feels great and works in a professional setting!
