I have loved everything from shortyLove. Excellent products, shipping and customer service. My experience with their new pre-loved shorty Love is a big disappointing. Terrible customer service! They shipped the wrong item and it has now been closed to one month and I have not received the promised return shipping return label or refund. Completely ghosted. The pre-loved business is handled by third party vendor, Treet. This reflects very poorly on the shortyLove brand. Buyer beware!

Im loving my backpack for travel in Japan. However the shoulder straps appear the be tearing a little at the seams at the top. Wish they were a little more reinforced. Otherwise the bag is excellent!

Purchased small cruiser in the spring, midnight color, used it for vacation day trips and really liked it. But maybe a tad small for my needs. Then I used it in my tote bag all summer and loved it, perfect! Grab and go for errands. I Purchased the larger cruiser for a fall trip and it was absolutely perfect. Got the pewter color, gorgeous with the pink lining, obsessed. Love the compartments and organization. The softness of the bag is wonderful. I was unsure it the bag was going to be to deep but love it, holds a lot when needed, softens to body when less full. I appreciate the back zipper is a finer zipper for constantly reaching into pocket for phone, doesn’t scratch skin. The zipper is also protected by flap of bag fabric, no chance to rub clothes and cause pills. Such a well planned and thought out bag. I am very happy with both my purchases and alternate between both cruisers daily.
