I am disappointed with this purchase my first purchase had good zippers and good strap attachments to the bag This purchase was not good the strap connections were stiff and didn’t turn easily like my last purchase and the zippers aren’t as smooth as my first purchase either i am not happy with this shorty bag !!! :(

Orders two items. Both shipped in timely fashion. One item went missing in shipping. m; it never made progress. Upon following up with customer service, while they initially missed the concern expressed, when I followed on, they were appropriately responsive. Indicated they would watch the package to see if there were any update, and resend if no movement made. The not only followed through on watching the package and sending out a new one, they did send out the new one overnight. Love both products and have been using just about a week or so (market wallet and cruiser crossbody - small).

Love the colors! The material is so soft and the strap is so nice and soft too. Great size and holds everything--tons of pockets! The bag is not too heavy either and I love that it can be held as a top handle, crossbody and shoulder bag. It's perfect!!
