Timely and efficient

bag was very heavy

Did not receive. Contacted customer service right away with no response.

Love it! It’s lightweight, size is perfect and very cute

I love my shortyLOVE tote bag, but I was having troubles with the zipper. At the airport for a short trip, I emailed the company asking if they had suggestions for how to keep the lining from getting stuck in the zipper. By the time I landed at my location I already had three emails taking care of the issue. They said it was not acceptable for the zipper to be stuck, sent a return label and already ordered me a new tote bag. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have already picked out the bag I am going to order next.

This bag is gorgeous! My favorite color with pockets I needed, the size for travel and evening out. Love the changeable strap. Wua is perfect. Abs LOVE it. Thank you!

I absolutely adore this bag. I have many bags and this one will be perfect for Europe . I can’t wait. Its organized, it’s fashionable and love the colors.

Edc is every day carry in my book! I love it. I bought both the Marcel and the small cruiser. I thought about returning the cruiser because I loved the Marcel that came first, but I’m keeping them both!

I love this company and especially love my small cruiser crossbody bag—just the right size to be comfortable cross-body but still holds everything I need, and even has room for my Kindle! I appreciate the built-in card slots for when I don’t want to take my wallet. The strap is very comfortable and easily adjusts to the length you like. I purchased the black but want to purchase in another fun color. I should also add that the customer service team is very responsive and provided such kind and helpful service.

Beautiful, light weight and comfortable to wear

I have the olive and pink Wonder due to my mom RAVING about hers. I love the color, quality, and how many items I can fit inside. I know my mom ordered me the matching jetty wallet for my birthday next month! I am also now a proud owner of the Boxer backpack also in Olive and pink. I cannnnnnot wait to wear it and show her off!

The bag is exceptional quality. I am so happy with the design and materials. the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue and it was resolved immediately. thank you to the staff at shortyLOVE. I will be a repeat customer for many years.

I have several shortyLOVEs - Wonder, Boxer, Cruiser, Merchant makeup bag and Stevie wallet - that are as exceptional as Sloane and company. Customer service is the best ever - genuinely kind and caring that speaks of their love of their bags and the company. My shortyLOVElies are all well made, smart, beautiful and huggable ( which I do!) that will bring joy for many many years and always be stylish. Thank you, Sloane and shortyLOVE- I’m proud to be a shortyLOVER!!🩷

If you are looking for a work bag that will also be your carry on for travel this is it!

my little shorthand is a cute and functional purse for doing errands or when I don't need my marcel.

Very professional site, a no-problem checkout, good communication via email and delivery was as informed and quick!

Wonderful, stylish bag that even fits my large, heavy work laptop. Also exceptional customer service. I had a problem with the delivery of my order and an actual human emailed me back and made everything right.

Nice purse but needs a cellphone pouch inside.

I ordered the Boxer in Slate/Teal and fell in love immediately! It's great quality and so versatile. Have used for work, travel, and daily excursions. When I noticed one defect which impacted the shoulder strap, I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement because they believe in their product and now I do too. Highly recommend this bag for quality, style, and function. One addition I'd like to see, have the back panel that contains the backpack straps be open at the bottom so it can slide onto roller bags when traveling through airports.

Great bag and great customer service!
