Delivery takes over a month and I’m still waiting on my ND filter that has yet to deliver and has had problems with USPS for days. I’ve contacted customer service but they haven’t responded in days. Not sure if I will ever get it or a refund at this point.

Great products, but slow shipping

Fairly seamless process, slight error with my shipping address which was picked up by the dispatch team and resolved quickly. Can’t really find fault.

Great customer service via email. However, I would prefer correspondence over the phone. Communication over the phone prolong the purchase process.

So far it’s done justice , if you don’t have it . Get it . Easy to snap on and take off with a nice case for it as well.

The delay from pre-order to the shipping does feel unacceptable. It would have been better to delay the start of the pre-order till the item is closer to final production. Also one of the quick link connector was missing after the delayed shipping and as such I was not able to use it during my trip to HK and because of this my Tan color case was stained as I had to leave my phone in my pocket.

green is a strong color. i like the way it feels, a lot more premium than the case i had for the 12pm
