I have been a Moment customer for years. I continue to amazed by the level of customer service they provide. Every single time I have needed help they have gone above and beyond. This time I was late night shopping in advance of picking up a new phone. In my sleepy state, not only did I order the wrong size mount, I ordered the wrong one. I recognized the size mistake quickly and emailed for help. It was only when I received a reply from customer service that I realized I'd ordered the wrong thing entirely. They weren't sure they would be able to correct my error before shipping, but they did! Another time, I had lots of questions about one of the phone lenses. The person helping me wasn't 100% sure of the answer. So they went out and took photos with the specific conditions I was asking about to be able to answer my question thoroughly. Thank you again Moment Team. You are THE BEST.

The Moment team was super duper helpful. Before proceeding to my purchase I contacted them through email, they replied on the same day (which was a weekend) and gave me super clear feedback. I proceeded to my purchase later and manage to buy the wrong adapter size for my iPhone’s case. I wrote them directly and they answered super quickly saying they would contact their warehouse to try and make the swap. They successfully managed to, everything was super smooth and seamless. This mount is way better than I expected. It holds to my wall easily and the solidity and adjustability are awesome. It’s much stronger than I dared hope for. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great bag if you have a small kit you want to travel with. I got it about a week ago and have been using it around the city. It’s well thought out and the materials seem like a B+. I have a few fanny packs that I use as cross shoulders / fanny packs and this should mostly replace them.

Szabolcs responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and even provided a credit per lens toward the new Mobile II versions, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and hassle-free. As an iPhone videographer, my top pre-requisite for a case is that it must make it easy and sturdy to install variable ND filters. Trust me, I tried several alternatives and nothing comes close to the Moment model for the 17 Pro and Pro Max. Also, in contrast to past models for the 12 or 13 series, this one is a non-proprietary solution, I can install any 67mm filter of my choice, so there is no vendor lock-in. Kudos Moment.
