Your ad was inaccurate, you took too long to ship. I was forced to use your international courier you set up with DHL in Canada so had to pay $5 for parking to stand in a 45 minute lineup to do the return on my day offf fee if work. You were quick to grab my money, but you have been highly suspect in NOT sending me notification of receiving the DHL return shipment and NOT refunding the full amount to my VISA. Then you have the nerve to send this request for a review, hoping for compliments. That is NOT reality. Your company has NOT earned a compliment and does NOT deserve a compliment. I had better receive an immediate refund and email acknowledgement or I will be taking further action. Harmony Flowers
