Got the wrong pair of shoes, not what I ordered. Called to let them know and was told I needed to take pictures and email the returns department which I did. Never heard from anyone. Ended up purchasing the shoes I wanted because I really liked them and was afraid they were going to sell out of my size. They’re very tight, but no point in trying to exchange since you can’t get in touch with anyone.

This company is horrible. I could find Waldo before I could actually reach your customer service. You sent me the wrong item twice. and one of the items in my order never arrived. Can't reach customer service!! I am filing a fraud complaint against you with my credit card. It is unacceptable and illegal to take payment and not deliver the product.

The reason for 4 star rating is because my first order was loss during shipment (ordered in September) had to begin my process over and had a long wait the second time around.

Your customer service is non existent. You have sent me the wrong shirt twice. You do not respond to emails or social media messages. . or even posts on your social media. And there is no phone number to call. It is really hard to feel respected as a customer if customer support is completely inaccessible. No one should have to jump through this many hoops and make this much effort to get customer service. And as hard as I have tried. . . my only option to reach you is a 1 star review. If you do not reach out from this, I will file a fraud complaint to my credit card company. Because at the end of the day. . . You did not send me the item I paid for and you do not seem to want to resolve that
