The suitcase is nice but I did not receive any keys. I did write about it but I have no reply as of yet.

However the Bentley website has an outdated return policy from years ago saying that you can return online orders in store. You cannot. So I spent 2+ weeks total emailing customer service back and forth for a return label to ship it back. It was very complicated and it took 5 business days for them to get a return label. I feel like they wouldn't have reached out again if I didn't email them to follow up on the return label on the 5th business day. .

Love this purse ! Lots of compartments so easy access , the material it is made of is soft & overall a very nice purse .

Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Bentley customer service, and do not recommend shopping with the company. I had no support when inquiring about missing documentation for my order, I was given no confirmation email, no tracking/order number, or receipt for the warranty that I purchased. After several failed contacted attempts, I still have no word from Bentley customer service and my emails and voicemails were meet unanswered. Horrible communication on their part, I still do not have access to my warranty; or have had any follow up attempts from Bentley. Truly sad from a Canadian company.

I ordered this item almost a month ago and never received it. I opened a claim, responded promptly to their requests, and followed up more than once, yet there has been no resolution. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience.
