GET IT DELIVERED OR GIVE ME A REFUND

Shipping was quick But I got charged delivery fees even if my order was quoted Free delivery. I wrote an email that rwmained unanswered and the phone number on the web site is wrong. Bad service.

Love my new carryon. Love the purple color and that it meets the size requirements for Westjet, Porter air and Air Canada. No more worries about the carryon being too big.

The bag itself is nice, turns out the measurements exceed the flight requirements I was given. Return process was extremely complicated.

The shipping was absolutely horrible, my order was delivered to a wrong address, no luck with retrieving it as it was owned and the tracker bags gone. Filed a claim with the delivery company (UPS) but it was denied. Really disappointed.
