I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bentley. Not only did I receive the wrong order and incorrect color, but the customer service I received afterward was unacceptable. When I called to have the issue resolved, the agent hung up on me. After that, I was unable to reach anyone for approximately six hours despite repeated attempts. I left three messages through your online system before finally receiving a response. However, even after explaining the situation, I have yet to receive any confirmation that my correct order will be sent. I also requested a call from a supervisor, but more than a week has passed and no one has contacted me. The lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As a result, I have lost confidence in your company and will not be ordering from Bentley again. I would appreciate an immediate update regarding my replacement order and a response from management regarding this experience.

Excellent large/ non bulky/light napsack that holds everything you could ever need for the trails. Sternum strap was important to me. Price exceptional.

After ordering from you, a delivery at jumped in and without my authorization charged my account. Not a good way to secure customers. The charge was picked up as fraud by my charge card company.

I bought two bags. But I didn’t know why they delivered it to me separately in different days. They didn’t show any information about it. They always showed they will deliver two items in one time. So I emailed Bentley after I only received one item and I think another one was lost. After two days I received another item. I hope I can see the information about they will deliver separately on the first tracking page if I buy more than one item. Thank you so much!

Easy process

Awesome bag!

Unused it a few times. The zippers ripped off ripped right off. I had to break into my back to get my wallet and other stuff out. Also the side pockets are coming apart as well.
