Received luggage damaged. Customer service unable to come up with a reasonable solution to keep luggage or exchange within time constraints. One email from customer service was very condescending in nature. Unfortunately will be returning and purchasing from another vendor.

Bentley has the benefit of my money, yet I have no product. It’s a reckless and provoking attitude toward customer service.
