Never received items and it been 3weeks already. Even the staff are not sure if itâs available in there store or not. Every disappointing experience with Bentley
I love Bentley's website great customer service personnel and Bentley's is loaded with high quality beautifully attractive handbags, purses, wallets, cross-body bags, children's backpack and multitudes of other exceptional items.
Not very good quality, after one trip the retractable handle is broken, and the suitcase is super dented.
I bought the small and medium size suitcases and absolutely love them! Very light but sturdy material, very convenient pockets and lock system, smooth wheel system. Fast delivery right to your door. I've even gotten compliments from other people. I highly recommend.
I would never purchase another item from Bentley, nor would I recommend anyone do the same. You can not return items to their store and to top it off, you have to pay $20. 99 to send it back. There is no phone number to call and speak with a representative, as thereâs only an email, which takes a couple of days to get a response, where the response is a generic copy and pasted one. The returned item was received by them, no response where I had to reach out a couple days later, where I was advised it was just âprocessedâ. The 1/5 star is the lowest option there is, so there it is

It was easy to order this lovely luggage set with Bentley and it arrived within the week. Very happy!!
Purchased this suitcase to replace the one Iâve had for 10+ years. This one is made of flimsy plastic and straight out of the box the zipper was faulty. I wouldnât risk taking this on any trip. The most disappointing thing was that it took three weeks worth of multiple emails back-and-forth with customer service, sending photos and videos of the defective item, and escalating to management before Bentley would agree to a return. I also tried returning the suitcase in store however, they no longer accept online orders. With so many good quality, suitcase manufacturers available, I will never shop at Bentley again. That was a terrible and unnecessarily difficult experience.
The suitcase is nice but I did not receive any keys. I did write about it but I have no reply as of yet.
However the Bentley website has an outdated return policy from years ago saying that you can return online orders in store. You cannot. So I spent 2+ weeks total emailing customer service back and forth for a return label to ship it back. It was very complicated and it took 5 business days for them to get a return label. I feel like they wouldn't have reached out again if I didn't email them to follow up on the return label on the 5th business day. .
