I ordered this item almost a month ago and never received it. I opened a claim, responded promptly to their requests, and followed up more than once, yet there has been no resolution. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience.

I absolutely love the design and functionality of the Champs Luxe II 3-Piece Luggage; it’s stylish, professional, and perfect for travel. In fact, I already own this exact set in Black (purchased directly from the manufacturer-Champs), which has been in perfect condition for over a year. However, I am extremely disappointed with this specific Green set from Bentley. The gold finish began peeling the moment the protective film was removed. I reported this manufacturing defect immediately and provided the requested photos weeks ago, but Bentley has gone completely silent. It’s frustrating because the product itself is great, but Bentley’s quality control and lack of communication are unacceptable. This was my first and last time shopping here; I’ll be buying directly from the manufacturer from now on.
