Was a lot bigger than I had expected and seemed very flimsy. I returned so I could look for something more suitable. Was disappointed that there was a $20 charge, I’ll go elsewhere. If you had of offered a store credit I would have gone to one of your stores.

Not easy to make an exchange I bought a back pack but it is bigger than I need and there is no way to exchange it.

Shopping on line at Bentleys' was good. Easy to use website and I really enjoyed the "check airline fit" section. Unfortunately the provided web info was inaccurate or lacking. The bag was described as 20" which is why I bought it. The bag arrived with a tag that it was 21". Also, on the website I did not see any evidence of weight of the bags for any of the bags I was looking at eventhough you display a "size and weight" details area. Alleged sizes are there but no weight. Due to these errors, I can't tell whether to trust the "check airline fit" section to be accurate. As a bag specialist with minimal skews there is no good reason for Bentley's to miss on important details. Also, as I reviewed the website, I still see the same sale pricing. That's great but I believe it is not proper to have something on sale for so long. This must actually be your regular price as it is not legal to float a regular price which is much higher unless the sale ends. As I understand it, you must list the item at the regular price at least half of the time.

The delivery was so fast and easy. We love that the suitcase actually came in a box. It is perfect.
