The bags are really nice and cute and my girls loved them. The only downside was that the bags looked little bit beaten down, look used. Which was weird. But didn’t want to go through return because kids loved them.

Shipping was good, no issues.

Bentley's service was excellent. The problem was UPS, whose email said it would be delivered the following day. . . and wasn't. There was also no notice from USP. I had some difficulty reaching Bentley's customer service but when I did--3 days later--I was told that the luggage was at the nearest UPS store. It was. UPS gets no stars for its shoddy delivery system.

Terrible…. one of the wheels fell off the large suitcase the very first time using it. Making it very difficult to navigate through the airports of our many stops we had. We are currently on a cruise and have another flight to go. I have not been impressed with this luggage quality.
