Wrong size and apparently I can't return through bentley even though I purchased through you. Champs is also not responding on my return request. Extremely disappointed and will not shop at Bentley again.

I cannot review this item, as it was bought to be a Christmas present. From what we saw when opening the box, it looked very nice. Shipping was quick and best of all it was free!

as mentioned before, the product is 5 star and the process 3 to 4 star. but fortunately a very kind lady took the matter in her hand, calling the warehouse to accelerate the process. I always look to proudly buy Canadian first and just wished i could put 5 star all the way.
