Love love love this bag!! The slouch and the size is perfect. Love that it stays on your shoulder.

I originally went to the Halifax shopping center to purchase a 3 piece set. I asked the staff if they had a black tracker luggage set to which they were sold out in-store and recommended calling the other stores. I contacted a few other stores to be told they only have 1 out of the 3 pieces. I then checked online which stated they had a stock of 18 of these 3 piece sets. I purchased the set and paid for shipping on June 10, 2026. I was supposed to receive my luggage on June 15, 2026, but received an email that I would be refunded. I contacted the customer support telephone number where the agent on the line lacked what seemed to be knowledge of their system and customer service. More or less it was "oh that is out of stock, to bad". This has left me scrambling to purchase another set before my flight. I believe they could have let me know the day of purchase and not 5 days later that the items are out of stock but showing online they are in stock.

Suitcase arrived earlier than expected. No issues or problems.

Bought suitcase for 4 week trip to and around Japan. Lots of pushing it through airports, train stations, subways and along streets - usually with another bag on top. No problem. Nice light case and casters seem pretty solid. On return trip home case was overfilled with a strap on it. Nice looking case which drew positive comments for being Canadian.

I love Bentley's website great customer service personnel and Bentley's is loaded with high quality beautifully attractive handbags, purses, wallets, cross-body bags, children's backpack and multitudes of other exceptional items.

Not very good quality, after one trip the retractable handle is broken, and the suitcase is super dented.

I bought the small and medium size suitcases and absolutely love them! Very light but sturdy material, very convenient pockets and lock system, smooth wheel system. Fast delivery right to your door. I've even gotten compliments from other people. I highly recommend.

I would never purchase another item from Bentley, nor would I recommend anyone do the same. You can not return items to their store and to top it off, you have to pay $20. 99 to send it back. There is no phone number to call and speak with a representative, as there’s only an email, which takes a couple of days to get a response, where the response is a generic copy and pasted one. The returned item was received by them, no response where I had to reach out a couple days later, where I was advised it was just “processed”. The 1/5 star is the lowest option there is, so there it is

Purchased this suitcase to replace the one I’ve had for 10+ years. This one is made of flimsy plastic and straight out of the box the zipper was faulty. I wouldn’t risk taking this on any trip. The most disappointing thing was that it took three weeks worth of multiple emails back-and-forth with customer service, sending photos and videos of the defective item, and escalating to management before Bentley would agree to a return. I also tried returning the suitcase in store however, they no longer accept online orders. With so many good quality, suitcase manufacturers available, I will never shop at Bentley again. That was a terrible and unnecessarily difficult experience.
