High quality light-weight Air Canada travel bag. This product is very good and durable.

Cannot find a way to advise shipping did not receive removal pouch with it

Ordered 3 of these. All 3 came with the wrong color from what we ordered. It was too late to return since we had to take a flight and they take some time to deliver.

GET IT DELIVERED OR GIVE ME A REFUND

Shipping was quick But I got charged delivery fees even if my order was quoted Free delivery. I wrote an email that rwmained unanswered and the phone number on the web site is wrong. Bad service.

Great stuff

Not impressed with the response following my complain about the scratches. I'll be sending it back

Love my new carryon. Love the purple color and that it meets the size requirements for Westjet, Porter air and Air Canada. No more worries about the carryon being too big.

.

Aucun retour du service a la clientele pour un refund…

The bag itself is nice, turns out the measurements exceed the flight requirements I was given. Return process was extremely complicated.

Happy with purchase

Fast delivery

Order and delivery was quick and on time, no issues

The shipping was absolutely horrible, my order was delivered to a wrong address, no luck with retrieving it as it was owned and the tracker bags gone. Filed a claim with the delivery company (UPS) but it was denied. Really disappointed.

Love my new carry-on. Beautiful colour

Item itself is fine

Ok

Very nice

Bentley was quick to ship and items were not damaged. Ordered previously from them and had the same good experience.
