I've ordered from this shop several times and generally have had good experiences. However, I placed an order two weeks ago which was shipped using a carrier called First Mile which lost the package. One of the items I ordered has since sold out and your customer service representative will not advise whether it will be restocked, or confirm if the replacement package will be expedited. It is very disappointing that this shop's decision to use a budget shipping service results in missing packages and items that they are unable or unwilling to replace.

Even as I write this I have not received my order or any kind of tracking update after almost 20 days of placing the order. Will I order from Andi? Yes, probably. I just wish communication was better.
