I ordered 2 lanyards for my day daughter in law and she never received them. She contacted the post office and they did not have them. I emailed Andi and never got a reply. I would like a refund or for the items to be resent.

I was really trying to find breakable scrunch’s landyards one for February/ Valentines colors and one for St Patrick’s but couldn’t find much .

I always receive my headbands very quickly. ANDI has wonderful customer service.

LOVE IT- I switched from a corded lanyard with silicone beads and my neck definitely noticed the difference with the scrunchie lanyard!

I waited so long to get hair accessories from Andi and the 2 I got do not hold my hair what so ever. I have thicker, medium length hair like a few of the girls in the pics, but it’s not working. French hair pins need to be longer for sure. The black flat clip needs a strong spring to hold all my hair. It just falls right out. Favorite part of my package were the hair ties. Those are amazing!!

These are my favorite lanyards for teaching. They are high quality and last. They are so comfy and make it so much easier to unlock doors with the stretch. I recently got 2 of the same lanyards for Christmas, but didnt have any info to exchange it for a different one. I reached out thinking it would be a long shot. Let me just say, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! Definitely going to be buying many more from them.

I have a very hard time accessing rewards and being able to use them. I’ve spent quite a lot of money and have over 20 lanyards and 6-7 watch bands. If you could make it so the rewards was a tab on the site, then I feel like it would be worth it to continue shopping. I also don’t know how many points I have.

I found a flat clip while shopping at a gift shop. It was just what I was looking for. Now I don’t bump the back of my head when sitting in my recliner or driving. I was so pleased I went to the website to buy more in different colors and to give as gifts.

Amazing quality and arrived before Christmas! I love the clips and how sturdy they are. The lanyards are so soft!

I ordered hair bows, and the quality of the product varied. One bow had a clear wire/threading (looks like fishing line) neatly tied. It was not visible and held the bow on the clip well. The other bow in the pair had this line messily wrapped. It was visible while the bow was worn and had end sticking up in multiple, random places. It did not look or feel like a polished piece, like the other bow. I rewrapped the line for a secure, cleaner look.
