I bought my first lanyard on a teacher-friend's advice. Since then, I've acquired 5 more! It's super easy to change them to match my outfit each day. Plus, I got four of them for what I paid for one badge holder at Brighton!

I've ordered from this shop several times and generally have had good experiences. However, I placed an order two weeks ago which was shipped using a carrier called First Mile which lost the package. One of the items I ordered has since sold out and your customer service representative will not advise whether it will be restocked, or confirm if the replacement package will be expedited. It is very disappointing that this shop's decision to use a budget shipping service results in missing packages and items that they are unable or unwilling to replace.

I usually love Andi and I was so excited to buy new hair accessories this time. This order has taken so long to ship and arrive. Even as I write this I have not received my order or any kind of tracking update after almost 20 days of placing the order. Will I order from Andi? Yes, probably. I just wish communication was better.

I love all of the Andi lanyards. I have bought several colors. I also love the keychain. They are machine washable too. I put mine in a mesh bag and washed on gentle.
