I still haven’t received my refund back or heard back from TGR even though TGR received the returned items. When am I going to get refund?

I haven't even seen the goods yet, but I'm confident everything's going to be just fine. I'm British but living in Switzerland so to aovid the hefty import fee at the Swiss border I get everything sent to my parents in England and pick it up the next time I see them. Since Trump took charge for the second time, I am not buying anything from/made in the USA - except TGR goodies, you gotta be good to yourself - and let's face it, skiing should transcend politics :-)

High quality goods for very reasonable price. Been a TGR customer for almost a decade now, and they only continue to improve. If they were a publicly traded company I would bank my life savings on them. Remember: when you negotiate with yourself, you always lose. Don’t second guess it, just send it!
