Awful customer service and follow through. I've paid for an item that hasn't been processed in over two weeks. Still waiting for item, and four emails to customer service have gone unresponded to.

Sweatshirt I ordered was out
Sweatshirt I ordered was out of stock after I was able to place order and paid. No refund sent. Then the sweatshirt shows up after weeks and it’s a size L when I ordered a XXL. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating.

Love the company and products but it needs to be better
Customer Service took more than a week to get back to me and didn’t seem to understand the situation. 2 weeks for delivery was crazy. The shirt I bought doesn’t fit but I figured it would be such a hassle to return it that I just kept it. $40 down the drain.
