While the product was great to use, my review is for the service. It’s difficult to express how comfortable I felt doing my very first install of Stego products. Olivia was not only a sounding board but more attentive than I could have ever expected from a sales rep. I did not order enough product and she facilitated the quick processing of the 2nd order and got it the next day and on my 3rd order, two days to get delivery. No doubt the best. Anthony was another post sales rep that helped answer my questions of my final installed product. He reviewed photos and spent a lot of time with me. Highly recommend Stego. I also ended up with some excess tape and the return process was very easy

15 mil stego home is great, existing house with limited access to basement, had2 wheelbarrows going constintly to moving 7 yards in place . held up well, no punctures or tears and the tape was the key to the lap joints. glab i paid the extra than buying the big box 6 mil which wouldnt hold up. and it arrived 3 days after placing the order to the job site.
