Bad experience with payment issues lost funds, and late arrival after being told over the phone when it should arrive. Pushed back project and subsequently other projects. Which I’m now two months behind because of a couple days late. I understand this is not their fault per se but it was my experience and it was awful for me.

Great customer service

The tape was tacky and seemed to stick to the concrete foundation at first but it was incredibly difficult to remove the plastic for the double side layer without pulling the entire piece of tape from the wall requiring hours of extra work and wasted tape. It was an enormous pain to work with and frustrating because I believed I had spent extra on tape that would be the best product.

Great product, attentive friendly support. Mike, Anna, Dave, etc all awesome. I had an issue and they took care of it. Will use them again on my next project

good heavy duty product just about got the walls done then onto the floor. i'm only working on the project twice a week for about 3 hours each day by myself.

Slower than amazon but not bad.

Product seems very good for 1st time install. Tech person was going to teach us how to install but had to go on vacation the same time we needed training . One of those that can talk the talk but can't walk the walk . We like the product and will continue using it unless management lets us down again

I can't vouch that Stego products are better than all the others, but it is good to know that the products have been tested against each other. The tackiness of the adhesives to the substrates and the wrap and of the seam tape to the wrap is critical and knowing that they're compatible was important to me. Shipping was quick.

Easy ordering. Shipping is amazingly fast as it came from a supplier only 80 miles away. On my first order there was an issue with one of the boxes not getting shipped but the customer service folks got on it right away and got me my missing box fast.
