A friend had given us the travel vest to use with our daughter during a family vacation, and somehow one of the buckles / clasps fell off in transit. (Our daughter was playing with the Velcro and it might have come loose due to that.) We emailed that evening and had a response waiting for us the next morning. The representative indicated that they hadn't seen my name in their customer database, but despite that they would be pleased to help - they shipped a new piece to our hotel overnight at no charge and without hesitation. It was amazing and enabled us to travel knowing our daughter was safe and secure in the car. Thank you!!

I was very excited about this product, it took near two weeks to arrive, and my automobile is one of the ones that this happens to not work for. The company has been a huge pain to return, they did not want to accept it at all..considering they offer a 15 day return policy, which should be told about in their site upfront. when I showed them how long it took to arrive they did allow me to return it.. they charged my the shipping and they also charged me $30 to restock something I never got to use. They should have a list of automobiles that it does not work for in large print for everyone to understand whether it would work in their vehicle before they charge them these prices. I wonder how much money they make off of this return policy each year.

I was in a small fender-bender at 16 weeks pregnant and afterward found this product at an expo and immediately ordered one! I gave me so much peace of mind getting in the car I ended up passing it down to the Midwife that helped deliver my baby. She did get in an accident also further along in her pregnancy and this device helped prevent severe damage to her and her baby. I recommend this device to all my pregnant friends, it's worth every penny!

First class customer service. I spoke with customer service (Greg) twice, once before purchase and once after. Both times I felt as if I was talking to a knowledgeable friend. I was unsure if I should order the vest with a booster. Greg offered the pros and cons and then offered free return shipping if I decided I did not need/want it. I was also planning to take the vest on international travel, and Greg knew exactly which countries were more likely to have rental cars with updated restraint systems. After the vest arrived I was unsure about fit as my child is on the small side. I took pictures and emailed them to Greg who promptly reviewed and provided fit and positioning feedback. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

She was absolutely wonderful with amazing service and full of information for me.. She definitely answered all of my questions in depth without hesitation.. I truly appreciate her assisting me.. Especially when it comes to the safety of my grandchild..

The customer service was great! My daughter has one of these on her school van and she is more secure in this than a traditional car seat. She has autism and extreme sensory issues and sitting safely has always been a concern for us. We have a lot of issues with her getting out of carseats but this is a solution that works and she is comfortable. I just ordered one for our own car. I have been worried about what will happen when she no longer fits into her car seat, now I don't have to.

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to your employees who helped my family in July. My daughters were flying down to Arizona to visit their grandparents and i completely forgot to pack our RideSafer vest. I called my mother in a panic, I knew she only had one car seat.... My mother decided to call your office on a whim, even though it was Saturday and your business should have been closed. Evidently a very nice man answered the phone and put my mother in touch with another employee. This woman had her son drive a vest to their airport so my mother would have it in time for my daughter's arrival. She even brought a pink one! Many thanks! I can really only say very positive things about their immaculate cusomer service. Stephanie from Ride Safer was very helpful and providing perfect service, when we had the rather special wish to have the vest shipped to a hotel in the USA. She not only replied promptly to all my mails, she even called me in Malaysia (where we live - 12h time difference to the USA) and then also arranged everything with the hotel in the Philly, where my husband was only staying a couple of days, to ensure we would get our vest. Thank you for the quick response! We had purchased a buckle guard earlier and our son immediately found his way around it. Hence our interest in a vest. We were also directed to E-Z on from another source and have purchased one of their harnesses. However, your honesty and directing towards other companies is refreshing and welcome. I will be looking at your guys products in the future, if we have another child and recommending your products to others.

I drive a wheelchair van so my daughter usually rides in her wheelchair. We were going on vacation (without our van) and didn't have a car seat for her. At her age and weight, we would have needed a specialty car seat. They are huge and very expensive ($1000-1400 range). A friend of ours recommended the RideSafer 2 because she uses it for her daughter (also with CP). The RideSafer 2 travel vest is absolutely perfect for us! I imagine it would be great for all children with or without special needs. Also, the customer support from Safe Ride 4 Kids is amazing. I could not believe how fast we received the shipment once we made the purchase.

I tried the EU version this time .... I initially bought the RS3 for travel with my son but we started using it for a 2 min trip to preschool in Aug. We have 5 car seats for 2 kids and 3 cars that take the kids daily, so I put the RS3 in the mix as well. .... Thanks for putting up the most informative site on this product, and great prices.

My wife and I heard great things about your seats and decided to buy one before a family trip that would involve travel to a place with no car seats. I mistakenly ordered the seat with regular shipping, and then noticed it was due to arrive by UPS the day after we left on our vacation. All it took was one phone call to your customer service, and we had a new seat expedited to us to ensure it arrived before our trip, free of charge, with a return label for the first seat when it arrived to send it back.
