I've been working with a ton of social service programs for her (Regional Center, Fred Finch, School District, MediCal etc.) as I am in desperate need of a car seat that will work for her. I swear it's like reinventing the wheel as no one has a clue as to what could help or where to go for help. And I know I'm not the first to ask these questions! So frustrating! Because of your time and energy and experience you were able to direct me to the Roosevelt car seat which directed me to vendors who sell it who then informed me that we can find a specialty car seat perfect for my daughter that also can be paid for with her insurance/Medical! Why did it take you, a private citizen entrepreneur with no personal connection or skin in the game, to lead me to this obvious information that all of these professionals and organizations should have known and directed me to long ago. It would have saved me months and months of agony as I try to use pillows and blankets and Gd knows what to keep my daughter safe while in the car since her car seat can't. All that to say, I am on the one hand incredibly frustrated, disappointed (again!!), and angry, but at the same time - incredibly grateful and appreciative for YOU for your time, help and direction. It has been proven to me time and again how it's really true: "No one cares" but then once in a while an angel like you appears and rekindles my sense of hope and makes me feel less alone. We ordered two vests with the loops. When the package arrived, the loops weren't there. An honest mistake, but given we were leaving for vacation the next day, I was a little panicked. I emailed late on a Friday and received an immediate response. They worked over the weekend to ensure the loops were delivered to our vacation destination. fast I really appreciated their fast response and flexibility. My 4yo twins loved wearing their vests as we traveled around in a golf cart at our vacation destination and I loved knowing that they were secure in something that also met the local laws to secure children in the same type of car seat requirement in the golf cart as is required in a vehicle. These vests are so light and so small, I expect we will be using them for all of our adventures!

Despite initially shipping us one unit of the incorrect size, saferide4kids provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. They were quickly responsive, understanding, and accommodated our imminent travel plans with ease. The car seats themselves have been a great addition to our traveling tools as they really make our family of 4 more portable. We highly recommend!

This made our trip to Las Vegas with our kids such a breeze. Gone are the days of lugging our car seats everywhere. We arrived and called for a car, within minutes we had these on the kiddos and when the car arrived we strapped them in quick. Made it really easy, especially in places where getting into a vehicle and leaving needs to be quick. We also opted for the fast delivery service and they delivered. FED EX messed up but that's not this companies fault. Thanks again for helping make traveling safe and easy. FYI the customer service response was super easy and timely. Even when there where issues with the site they stepped in to help us make the purchase.

I haven't tried out the RideSafer vests yes, but if you are looking to order these or anything else from Safe Ride 4 Kids, you cannot go wrong. I made a mistake planning ahead and Amie (one of the owners) jumped right in and made sure my orders were shipped in time to have the best chance of being delivered on time. She was even looking for the best ways to save me money on the shipping in addition to making sure my order was shipped out ASAP. Both orders have been delivered, and I'm breathing easy. As my family loves to travel, I originally had purchased this vest several years ago for my son for convenience and flexibility. It is so much easier to travel with the RideSafer Travel Vest as its quicker to install and easier to "lug around" than traditional car seats. As we liked this product so much, I even got my friend to purchase two of them for his daughters. As my son was getting bigger, I contacted SR4K to get my trade-up discount. Unfortunately FedEx lost the original shipment. Amie has been great and very accommodating in fixing FedEx's blunder. I appreciative her responsiveness and appreciation of me being a repeat customer. We are extremely grateful for this vest for our 11 year old special needs son. He has full control of his body but rocks back and forth due to his sensory issues and he would also try to put the shoulder belt behind him. The tether helps him to sit up straight and the vest keeps the lap shoulder belt secure and he cannot move it out of place. This has been a great transition from his booster seat!

I just want to say that the customer service has been amazing. I emailed them Sunday and they have been awesome with fixing a problem that was my own fault, not theirs. They have gone above and beyond in helping me get it resolved.

I have the gen 4 travel vest size sm and have absolutely loved it. I just received the new size Lg and it's much different. The company recommends to fit for the childs height, more so than their weight. My niece is very tall but extremely thin. There is no way to tighten the vest down at all to her body. However, it does have stretchy sides to expand. I'm not sure what to do now. She is getting too tall for the small but the Lg is just too big.

I want to praise this company, as well as the vest itself. I ordered the wrong size to begin with and the company generously sent me a return label. I sent these back on Saturday and had the new vest on Thursday. Less than a week, I was so amazed at how great this company wants to please their customer, such a nice change. I am very pleased, with my purchase. Now all three of my grandchildren, can ride with me. I would have gotten three, but the youngest isn't quite old enough only 2 :-(

This product has been worth its weight in gold to our family. We could never take our handicapped young man out in the car as he had grown out of his Columbia’s car seat and would not stay in his seat belt. Thanks to your vest we are able to enjoy the summer.

Found this product while browsing youtube looking for travel seat options. We have a large carseat for our 4 year old which we love however it is not ideal for air travel, Uber, cabs, ect. I've flown with a lighter smaller seat which comes with typical headaches of checked luggage, gate checking, lugging the car seat thru the airport and of course finding a place to store it in the hotel room. Our Daughter LOVES her "special vest". She got to pick the color out on the web and was excited to try it on when it came. We live in NYC and do a lot of travel in cabs and uber. This is MUCH faster and safer than 'going without the seat' or trying to tie in a travel car seat. This solves our problem of wanting the best option while staying practical for fast trips to museums, doctors, and short trips. BUY THIS VEST, this is a great company.

I had been looking for a child restraint for my grandson to ride in my regular cab pickup truck. The safety vest worked perfectly with him sitting in the middle seat position, safely secured and away from airbags. He looks forward to riding in the truck since he is not relegated to a back seat position (which the truck does not have) looking at the back of everyone's head. This is the third time we have ordered a RiderSafer travel vest. Coincidentally, each time we have gotten a different version, and the small design tweaks have been great. The latest version has thicker straps for increased comfort, and the buckle is a hook, which is easier to open and close than the previous buckle design. I also love that the carry bag has been upgraded to a backpack style mesh bag. We have used our vests to transport friends, to travel internationally, and as the car restraint in our own car as well as for riding in other people’s cars. It’s easy and fast to install, lightweight for travel, and restrains well. The Safe Ride 4 Kids customer service is phenomenal. They walked me through fit on my first purchase, and were there again when we needed to upsize to a larger vest but were unsure how to handle being between sizes.

I’ve been looking at this vest for a while and finally purchased. I needed an option for my 6 yr old to sit safely in between my little one in her car seat and me when I have an extra adult ride with us. The vest was a perfect solution. The Large fit my 65lb 52” child perfectly. Customer service quickly answered my pre-purchase questions and even checked over some pics I sent them for a fit check after. I made a mistake when I ordered my RideSafer Delight Travel Vest without the tether. Customer service got back to me immediately, took care of the logistics for me, and quickly fixed my mistake by cancelling my order and reprocessing a new one.
