I love this hall runner! I was a little hesitant because I ordered a large area rug 5 years ago in this same design and color palette. I was afraid the dye lots had changed and it wouldn't match. But I'm happy to say the colors match exactly, everything is very consistent, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service from beginning to delivery of my beautiful rug

No matter what I do - lay it upside down, roll it backwards, put weights on it - the end of the rug does not lay flat and we keep tripping over it. We’re considering buying something to replace it - very disappointed.

They sent the wrong 9 x 12 rug and I had to repackage it and take it to the Fed Ex store myself (extremely difficult task with such a large and heavy rug). They would not pick it up. Horrible customer service - not once did they offer to correct the mistake and send the right rug! Repeatedly tried to speak to a manager, but was told “the manager is currently unavailable and I cannot give out their contact information. ” Make sure you are strong enough to carry the wrong rug to the store to return and never ever receive the rug you actually ordered!
