Your sale and deliviry were fine. They were packaged well and arrived safely and on time. The colors need to be represented better in the pictures and explanations.

Great company and product

The dimensions are listed as 8x10, which is off by several inches both length and width. This means that it doesn't work with my rug pad as expected. Looking on the website now I see that it says rug sizes are "approximate". Not providing the actual dimensions seems like a major limitation to me.

It took longer than normal to receive the rug and when it arrived, it had weird ridges around the edges that look really bad.
