Terrible Customer Service. I love the product Ripple Half&Half BUT I somehow forgot my password into my account and the reset password link is not working on the ripple website. After several attempts to contact customer service, I was finally contacted after calling, emailing, etc and I asked for my account to be closed. I hope my request was fulfilled. I will not be reordering through website, I will buy ripple half & half off the shelf if I can find it locally which has been an issue. I will be using something else sadly in my coffee. ;-( Please improve or update your website Ripple and I will be back!! Teleia
