While this product tastes great and foams beautifully, Ripple should be the first to develop a healthier minimally-processed, non-dairy, organic barista blend with low sugar content and no processed seed oils. "Cold-pressed" does not mean that the oil in this product is not highly processed - it is. The oil in this barista blend is not healthy. The organic, minimally-process product I describe above will indeed be successfully developed by someone (and likely soon), and Ripple, clearly being a very capable organization, may as well get this done themselves.
