I'm using Ripple protein shakes as an after strength training protein boost. The flavor is so delicious, better than any I've tasted. I add more protein powder to it to bolster the knitting of muscles, sometimes a handful of frozen berries. Easy, tasty, convenient, measured.

My 1 year old is dairy free/ nut free due to food allergies. He’s been on a goat milk formula and I was worried about finding a plant based milk that provided vital nutrition that he would actually drink. Our entire family uses this milk for smoothies and extra protein. We are obsessed! Our pediatrician also gave it her stamp of approval. Full disclosure it doesn’t taste anything like regular milk, closer to a protein shake flavor but still great!
